Negative pressure system

1. Through the negative pressure overhead air-conditioning independent air conditioner (independent of the cabin air conditioner), the air conditioner draws fresh air from the outside into cold air and enters the negative pressure medical cabin to ensure that the fresh and clean air enters the medical cabin.

2.Using the principle of fluid mechanics, a step pressure is generated from the side of the medical staff to the side of the patient, forming a uniform and continuous directional airflow, and finally sterilized and filtered out of the car, thereby maximizing the protection of the medical staff

3. In the negative pressure chamber, the principle of fluid mechanics is used to form a directional air flow from the clean area (medical staff area) to the source area (patient area), so that the dead angle and vortex of the air flow in the negative pressure chamber are minimized. The air pressure in the negative pressure compartment is -50Pa to -30Pa

4. The gas discharged from the directional flow in the negative pressure chamber should be discharged into the atmosphere after being sterilized by a high-efficiency filter, and must not be recycled into the negative pressure chamber. The filtration rate for aerosols with a particle size of 0.3 microns is greater than 99.95%.

5.The negative pressure system is equipped with an alarm device, which will generate an alarm when it is lower than the set negative pressure value;

6. Ozone generator is used in the negative pressure sterilization device to ensure the complete elimination of the bacteria in the medical cabin. It also has ozone concentration monitoring to prevent the ozone concentration from being too high and causing harm to the human body.
